Product Description
Description: 548-4927 is a Cat heavy duty temperature sensor that uses thermocouples for sensing temperature. The sensor electronic module is aluminum with a pigtail connector. The sensor harness is protected by glass fiber sheathing and stainless steel braiding. Heavy duty temperature sensors are available as passive sensors or active sensors with PWM output. Attributes: • Temperature Range: -40° C to +850° C (-40° F to +1,560° F) • Voltage: 8 V • Probe Count: 1 • Connector: 3 Position Ampseal 16 • Length: 1340 mm (52.8 in) Applications: Heavy duty temperature sensors are primarily used on engine exhaust ports and on the turbo inlet and outlet.
