Product Description

Description: Cat low pressure sensors, such as 484-9878, use capacitance or strain gage based technology that generates an output signal (Analog or PWM) that is proportional to the applied pressure. The sensors are available with a variety of electrical connectors and process connection types. Attributes: • Sensed Pressure Range: 48-120 kPa (7-17 psi) Absolute • Output Type: Analog • Supply Voltage: 5 V • Sensed Media: Air, air/diesel exhaust mixture, bio-diesel, engine oil, diesel fuel, natural gas • Connector Series: Ampseal 16 • Connector Pin Count: 3 • Thread Size: 7/16-20 • Length: 55 mm (2.2 in) • Operating Temperature: -40° C to 125° C (-40° F to 257° F) Application: Low pressure sensors are primarily used on engine related applications such as air systems, exhaust after treatment systems, fuel systems, engine oil systems, etc. Cat pressure sensors are application specific sensors.
