Description: An Alternator Mounting Bracket is used to mount and support the Alternator on the front housing of the engine. A Bracket is a component used to provide additional support and stability to a mechanical structure or system. It is designed to hold the alternator securely in place and bolted to the front housing, which helps to ensure safe and efficient operation. Attributes: • Provided with 2 mounting holes to fit fastener of size 3/8" • Provided with 4 holes with an internal thread of 3/8"-16 • Manufactured from ductile cast iron to increase the overall structural strength. Applications: An Alternator Mounting Bracket is used to mount the Charging Alternator on the front housing of the engine, predominantly used in Cat SPF743 Pumpers, 3512E, 793D Engines, 793D, 785G, 785, 789D, 797B, 797 Trucks, 789D, 789G, 789 Off-Highway Trucks, 3512E, 2016 Petroleum Engines, TH55-3512E Petroleum Powertrains, TH55-E70, TH55FT-E90 Petroleum Transmissions.
