A Starter Motor Armature is designed to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy to initiate the engine's rotation during the starting process. The Armature is a cylindrical core consisting of a laminated iron core and copper windings. When the ignition key is turned, an electrical current is sent to the Starter Motor, which in turn powers the Armature Windings.
